Now over 1/2 the stuff I want is online, I am going to develop a parallel Chinese site. The skeleton is there already, it's now just a matter of translating the contents and move them across. To let users access the Chinese site, I have added a little link just above the Google search box and vice versa.
A good way to publish old contents is to convert them into PDF. It's easy to do in Mac OS X, for Windows users, however, I recommend PrimoPDF. It adds a virtual printer to your list and you simply print your documents as per, and as if by magic, they become PDFs!
Flickr is pretty cool. I have uploaded two batches of product photos and had them all tagged. Using Flickr Badge random photos from our photo database now flash up on the sidebar. All that took no programming and about 5 minutes to complete.
PS: to make an HTML Flickr badge XHTML valid, wrap the last <script> element with the <td> tags.
